snippet: Water Supply Watershed - Watershed Critical Area (WCA) Tiers ------------- This layer combines the Watershed Critical Area Tiers from the City of High Point and Guilford County. Any area not covered by Watershed Critical Area (WCA) Tier falls in the General Watershed Area (GWA). ------------------- How it was made: 1. Met with Brent Gatlin and he confirmed needed a layer that combines the WCA (tier 4) with the Watershed Tier layer and the remaining space should be coded as GWA for the purposes of auto populating forms and reports on EnerGov (EPL). 2. Created Feature dataset and polygon feature using the Guilford County Boundary, GWA area. ----------------------------------- Non-High Point Areas (north) ------------------------------------ 3. Clipped (discard) GWA area using (gisrp.GISL.WATERSHED_CRITICAL_AREAS), copy and paste special WCA areas into new feature, WCA Tier 4 and WCA Haw areas. 4. Clipped (discard) GWA and Tier 4 areas using <gisrp.GISL.WATERSHED_TIERS> (Tier 1), copy and paste special Tier 1 areas into new feature, WCA Tier 1 areas. 5. Clipped (discard) GWA and Tier 4 areas using <gisrp.GISL.WATERSHED_TIERS> (Tier 2), copy and paste special Tier 2 areas into new feature, WCA Tier 2 areas. 6. Clipped (discard) GWA and Tier 4 areas using <gisrp.GISL.WATERSHED_TIERS> (Tier 3), copy and paste special Tier 3 areas into new feature, WCA Tier 3 areas. 6. Clipped (discard) GWA using <gisrp.GISL.WATERSHED_TIERS> (Tier 3), copy and paste special Tier 3 areas into new feature, WCA Tier 3 areas. ----------------------------------- Non-High Point Areas (north) ------------------------------------ 7. Same as above using the High Point Rest Service Layer <Watershed Tiers & GWA> for all areas excluding Randleman Lake watershed --------------------------------------------------------------- Non-High Point Areas (southwest of HP, Randleman Lake) - this area is a combination of Guilford County and High Point official tiers, an explanation of how the areas were combined could not be located...
